The Sanctuary

If you are experiencing an emotional or mental health crisis, there are people who can help you.

Our mental health sanctuaries in Cambridge and Peterborough provide safe spaces for individuals referred via the NHS First Response Service on 111 and select the mental health option.

Campaigns

We campaign across our community to raise awareness, increase understanding and challenge the stigma and discrimination faced by so many people experiencing mental health challenges.

Our award-winning suicide prevention campaign, STOP Suicide, and our wellbeing campaign for young people, Stress LESS, aim to educate and empower.
