Head of Finance and Sustainability

As a key part of CPSL Mind’s Senior Leadership Team, this role will provide strategic and operational leadership for the organization financial management, ensuring robust governance, financial sustainability and informed decision making across the charity. You will lead the finance function, ensuring the highest standards of financial control, compliance, reporting and operational efficiency, while driving a culture of financial accountability throughout the organization. Alongside this, you will oversee our income generation portfolio, including fundraising, training and events, ensuring these functions contribute to a diversified and sustainable income base. You will also lead our broader approach to financial sustainability, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen commercial decision making, maximise value for money and ensure every pound delivers the greatest possible impact for the communities we serve.

Connect To Work Triage Co-ordinator

The Connect to Work Triage Coordinator is a key role, coordinating activity between referrers and partner providers to ensure individuals receive support and guidance to support them to enter, return to, or stay in work. This role is responsible for triaging Expressions of Interest for the Connect to Work programme, delivered in partnership with Cambridgeshire County Council and other specialist providers. This role will: ? Provide the first point of contact and support for individuals referring in ? Oversee completion of pre-assessment of eligibility against defined criteria ? Ensure the smooth handover of eligible referrals through to specialist employment services ? Connect ineligible referrals with an appropriate local service, maintaining a strong understanding of CPSL Mind services, local groups and other local service providers ? Support the collection of data and impact stories required for reporting against key performance indicators. ? Taking general enquiries

Crisis Recovery Worker

The successful post holder will work between 4.30pm and 11.30pm, on a 2 week rota, within a small team and will: • provide practical and emotional one to one support to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. • listen with empathy and without judgement and support individuals in distress to find ways to make their current situation more manageable. • support individuals accessing the service to develop self-management strategies, making best use of their own strengths and community resources.

Crisis Recovery Worker 21 Hours

The successful post holder will work between 4.30pm and 11.30pm, on a 2 week rota, within a small team and will: • provide practical and emotional one to one support to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. • listen with empathy and without judgement and support individuals in distress to find ways to make their current situation more manageable. • support individuals accessing the service to develop self-management strategies, making best use of their own strengths and community resources.
