This course provides managers and supervisors with the knowledge of the signs and symptoms of menopause and enables them to have a better understanding of the impact on an individual’s wellbeing.
By exploring challenges experienced in the menopause and how it affects employee’s mental health, as a manager you will gain the skills to have open and supportive conversations about the menopause, provide support and learn how to make reasonable adjustments in the workplace.
