This training has been developed in response to increase awareness about the significant impact the menopause can have on a person’s wellbeing.

Suicidal thoughts are more common than you might think – one in five people in the UK will experience suicidal thoughts in their lifetime.
This workshop will equip you with the knowledge to spot warning signs, ask directly about suicide, support someone to stay safe and look after your own wellbeing.

This Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training course will provide you with an understanding of common mental health problems and how to support somebody in distress. You will receive a certificate and handbook on completing the course.
