Practiced for thousands of years, mindfulness has been known to provide many physical and mental health benefits in clinical studies and is now widely used across a variety of settings. This course provides knowledge around the practice, its overall benefits and explores overcoming challenges in being mindful.

As an employer, equipping your line managers for the job is an important business priority because wellbeing impacts on a range of issues from productivity to organisational culture. This course equips managers to have meaningful conversations with staff about wellbeing and instils the knowledge to reduce the impact of work related stress.

Gain a solid understanding of mental health and wellbeing on this introductory course. Learn how to identify signs of stress and common mental health problems as well as how to maintain positive mental health for yourself and others.

This workshop provides support to trained Mental Health First Aiders, offering a space to share best practice and explore issues and trends.

Focusing on understanding the role of mental health in the workplace, this training provides evidence-based knowledge and skills to manage wellbeing within teams.
