Suicidal thoughts are more common than you might think – one in five people in the UK will experience suicidal thoughts in their lifetime.
This talk will provide you with an overview of how to identify a person at risk of suicide, talk openly about suicide and help a person at risk to stay safe. Importantly, you will also be equipped to look after your own wellbeing.

Focusing on understanding the role of mental health in the workplace, this training provides evidence-based knowledge and skills to manage wellbeing within teams.
