Our approach

We work flexibly and supportively to educate on the benefits of positive mental health and eliminate stigma. We’re proudly trusted by organisations, businesses, and individuals across a range of sectors. Our charity’s work provides mental health and wellbeing support for individuals and communities in Cambridgeshire, Peterborough, and South Lincolnshire. Our training income helps support funding the work of our charity and helping people recovering from mental health challenges and the wider community to live well.
